Whether you are just getting starting with aerial arts or already have numerous experiences in the air, a personalized training program can help you build the right STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, POWER, AGILITY and/or GRACE needed for your specific goals. If you have dreams of doing a specific trick in the air, or the ability to do pull-ups with ease, a coach will create a specific program for you to realize these goals. Taking into consideration any aerial experience, prior injuries, or any movement challenges, you and your coach will determine your personalized plan to success. Schedule your consultation today! 

Methodology

From your initial consultation, through the assessment, planning, and implementation of your program, you will be heard, understood, and supported. Based on your goals & preference, sessions may include Pilates, weight training, Power/Agility training, TRX, Aerial Fitness, mobility & flexibility, massage, education, ground acrobatics, and more.

Step 1: Define Your Goals

Step 2: Evaluation

  • Movement analysis
