Whether you are just getting starting with aerial arts or already have numerous experiences in the air, a personalized training program can help you build the right STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, POWER, AGILITY and/or GRACE needed for your specific goals. Methodology
From your initial consultation, through the assessment, planning, and implementation of your program, you will be heard, understood, and supported. Based on your goals & preference, sessions may include Pilates, weight training, Power/Agility training, TRX, Aerial Fitness, mobility & flexibility, massage, education, ground acrobatics, and more.
