WORKSHOP 💎

Join professional flying trapeze artist and movement specialist L.J. Mintz for a dynamic workshop, where you will uncover new abilities within your body to fly like you have always dreamed!

✅ This workshop begins off the rig and emphasizes preparation for optimal performance, including injury prevention, trapeze specific warm-ups & conditioning, as well as body position training.

✅ You will then receive expert coaching to use your new abilities on the rig, focusing on details to build efficient and effective flying.

Whether you're a novice or an experienced flyer, L.J. will help refine your technique to unleash your full flying potential. Please arrive on time and ready to learn! ;-)
