⏰ Days & Times: 2 days/week for 3 weeks

Sundays 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Tuesdays 10:00am- 12:00pm OR 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Sessions will include educational components, off the rig conditioning, trampoline skills & drills in addition to flying trapeze technique!
