Monday, June 9th - FUN Fitness for Flyers

Tuesday, June 10th - FUNCTIONAL Fitness For Flyers

Wednesday June 11th - FIERCE Fitness For Flyers


(Each session will take place next to the trapeze at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM each day)


Join professional flying trapeze artist and movement specialist L.J. Mintz for a dynamic workshop, where you will uncover new abilities within your body to fly like you have always dreamed! 


This 3-part fitness workshop is built specifically for flyers who want to feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in the air. Each session stands on its own—you can drop into just one—but the real transformation happens when you do all three. As the days build on each other, so will your strength, awareness, and potential in the air! 


🔹 Day 1: FUN – Fitness for Flyers

Ease in with playful, energizing movement designed to reconnect you with your body. With focus on mobility, core activation, and coordination, you’ll warm up your system and set the stage for smarter, safer flying.


Highlights:

  • Dynamic warm-ups & mobility drills

  • Core-focused movement for balance and control

  • Creative partner and group flows for increased body awareness


🔸 Day 2: FUNCTIONAL – Fitness For Flyers

This session is all about applying a more functional focus to your off the rig training. We'll target the key muscle groups for flying and practice movement patterns that directly support your takeoff, swing, sweep backs, as well as your control and power in the air.


Highlights:

  • Shoulder Mechanics & Injury Prevention Strategies

  • Fly-specific exercises


🔺 Day 3: FIERCE – Fitness For Flyers

End this series with a high-energy session that builds your strength, power, stamina, and mental toughness. It’s the perfect blend of challenge and confidence-building, leaving you feeling strong and ready for anything on the rig.

Highlights:

  • Focused Trapeze Strength & Conditioning 

  • Dynamic circuit training 


Experience fun, functional, and fierce workouts designed to enhance your performance in the air. Join now to take your flying to the next level! $35USD per session or $90USD for all three!
